01Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Earnova Technologies (“CoupiQ”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CoupiQ app. By using CoupiQ, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only what we need to run the service — verifying you, processing your voucher sales, and paying you — and we don't sell your personal data to anyone.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — your email address, and your name and Indian mobile number when you set up your profile.
• Payout details — the UPI ID or bank account name, number and IFSC you save to receive money. These are frozen onto each sale at the moment you submit it.
• Voucher details — the brand, code, PIN and value of vouchers you submit to sell, and any coupon code you apply.
• Support messages — anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

• Device & app data — basic device and app information needed to run the app, keep you signed in, and send notifications.
• Usage data — actions within the app (such as a submission being created) used to operate and improve the service.

03How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in by email code or Google.
• To process the vouchers you sell, verify them, and calculate your payout.
• To pay you, using the UPI or bank details you saved.
• To apply and validate coupons you choose to use.
• To send you important notifications about your account and submissions.
• To respond to your support requests and prevent fraud or misuse.

04When we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make the app work, and only to the extent needed:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting for your account and submission data.
• Google Firebase — push notifications and related app services.
• Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Email delivery provider — to send you sign-in codes and account emails.
• Payment partners — to send payouts to your UPI or bank account.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

05How we protect your data

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Sensitive payout details are frozen onto each submission so they can't be altered after a sale. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; however, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

06Your choices and rights

• Notifications — you can turn app notifications on or off from your profile.
• Access & correction — you can view and update your name, phone and payout details in the app.
• Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us, subject to records we must keep by law.

07Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain records (such as completed transactions) for longer where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

08Children

CoupiQ is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we'll remove the data.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above, and significant changes may be notified in the app.
