The rules of the road for using CoupiQ, written to be read — not buried. Here's what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
01Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CoupiQ app, operated by Earnova Technologies. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use CoupiQ.
02Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India.
- You must provide accurate account details, including a valid Indian mobile number and correct payout information.
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
03The service
CoupiQ is a marketplace where you can sell eligible gift vouchers for cash. For each sale you'll see the applicable deduction and the amount you'll receive before you confirm. Buying vouchers at a discount is a planned feature and is not yet available.
04Selling a voucher
- You must own the voucher you submit and have the right to sell it.
- You must enter accurate voucher details (brand, code, PIN and value).
- Submitting a voucher does not guarantee acceptance — each is verified first.
- A voucher may be rejected if it is invalid, already used, expired, or doesn't match the stated brand or value.
- Submitting a voucher you don't own, or that is stolen or fraudulently obtained, is strictly prohibited and may be reported.
05Payouts
- Payouts are sent to the UPI ID or bank account saved in your profile, which is frozen onto each submission when you sell.
- Each brand displays its own payout time; most pay out within 24 hours of verification.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. We are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect account that you provided.
06Coupons
- Coupons reduce the fee deducted from your voucher, so you receive more. Their effect is shown before you confirm a sale.
- Coupons may be restricted to certain brands, require a minimum voucher balance, have a total usage limit, or expire.
- We may withdraw, change, or invalidate coupons at any time, including where misuse is suspected. A coupon can reduce the fee but never pay you more than the voucher's value.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit vouchers you don't own or that are fraudulent, stolen, or invalid.
- Attempt to manipulate payouts, coupons, or the app's systems.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse offers or limits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and withhold payouts linked to fraudulent activity.
08Intellectual property
The CoupiQ name, logo, app, and content are owned by Earnova Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our permission. Brand names shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify supported vouchers.
09Limitation of liability
CoupiQ is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earnova Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from inaccurate details you provide, rejected vouchers, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10Suspension and termination
You may stop using CoupiQ and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or where required to protect the service or other users. Pending, verified payouts owed to you in good standing will still be honoured.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of CoupiQ are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
