Open CoupiQ, tap Sell, choose the brand, then enter the voucher code, PIN and value. You'll see the exact deduction and the amount you'll receive before you confirm. Submit, and once it's verified the cash is sent to your saved payout account.
Each brand shows its own payout time in the app — most pay out within 24 hours of your voucher being verified. The time for the brand you're selling is shown before you confirm the sale.
To the UPI ID or bank account you saved in your profile. Your payout destination is frozen onto the submission at the moment you sell, so it can't be changed afterwards — if you need to update it, do so before your next sale.
On the Sell screen, tap “Apply coupon” and enter your code. A valid coupon reduces the fee deducted from your voucher, so you receive more. You'll see the coupon's effect on your payout before you confirm. Coupons may be limited to certain brands, a minimum balance, or an expiry date.
A voucher can be rejected if the code or PIN is wrong, already used, expired, or doesn't match the brand. Double-check the details and, if you believe it's valid, email support@coupiq.in with your submission details and we'll look into it.
Yes. Each voucher is submitted as its own sale so you can track them separately, and each gets its own payout once verified.
You can sign in with your email using a one-time code, or with Google. First-time users complete a quick profile — your name and a verified Indian mobile number — before selling.
Yes. Transactions run on Earnova's secure infrastructure, and sensitive payout details are frozen onto each submission. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.
